“There is little in timber construction that we have not yet done”.

Head of CAD Tom Wissing and Team Leader AV Daniel Kemmer work virtually next door to each other at the Terhalle Group. It’s exciting to see the perspectives that emerge during the conversation with regard to the large group of companies in Münsterland and timber construction in particular. Daniel, who previously spoke about the careful and deliberate onboarding process, which really focuses on the well-being of the employee, then emphasizes the professional range: “There’s little we haven’t done in timber construction,” he says. 💪

Everyone in the company is always approachable if further information is required: “You can actually talk to everyone as equals, colleagues know what they have in common.” And: “Basically, here in the group of companies, you always talk among craftsmen – that makes a lot of things easier.”

And if you can’t immediately identify the person you’re talking to on the phone, the management does a lot to avoid any fear of contact in the first place, says Tom Wissing. “We actually have at least two company events every year: the summer party and the Christmas party. These events provide a good opportunity to specifically approach someone from a department such as MWM Metalltechnik Westmünsterland, for example, so that we have a face in front of us in the future.” 👀

Terhalle is a togetherness in which the whole is always greater than the sum of its parts. This awareness strengthens the team and makes everyone feel part of a community. And that – you have to achieve that first. 🙌
