Thinking in generations.
Sustainability at the Terhalle Group.
Sustainable building with wood
Transparency is particularly important to us. We rely on comprehensive, comprehensible and comparable communication of our sustainability measures.
“Our corporate values, traditions and visions should also endure in the future. The regulation of company succession is a key issue for us in order to lead the company into a sustainable future in the long term.
I am convinced that if we make the right decisions and pull together
, we will successfully exploit the opportunities of sustainability
. Let us continue on this path with determination and a spirit of innovation

Sustainability report
Our first voluntary sustainability report not only documents our successes to date, but also shows where we can do even better. The transformation towards a more sustainable economy is undoubtedly a major challenge – but it also offers us enormous opportunities, particularly in holistic construction. By acting responsibly, we are setting the course for a future fit for our grandchildren and making an active contribution to the preservation of creation for future generations.
The sustainability topics relevant to Terhalle were identified in a first step as part of the preliminary work of the “Green Vision” project team. Significant topics were identified on the basis of comprehensive analyses from an inside-out and outside-in perspective.
The discussion, final evaluation, prioritization and coordination of the most important sustainability topics in terms of their characteristics and relevance took place in full-day management workshops with the sustainability team.
