Terhalle as total contractor: Three new daycare centers for Bonn

As a total contractor, the Terhalle Group is responsible for the complete planning and implementation of three four-group daycare centers at the Lessenich, Grau-Rheindorf and Poppelsdorf locations in Bonn. This model combines all services – from design planning to handing over the keys – under one roof, thus ensuring particularly efficient implementation. At the same time, the burden on the city administration is reduced.
The buildings will be constructed to the energy standard of an Efficiency House 40. Photovoltaic systems and green roofs are also planned.

📅 Planned start of construction: mid-July 2025
🏗️ Construction completion: October 2026
✅ Overall completion: January 2027

🔄 Preparatory measures are already underway:

– Mordkapellenpfad: Demolition of the existing building completed, transformer station relocated (in cooperation with Stadtwerke Bonn), sewer construction in preparation
– Wilhelm-Neuss-Straße: Explosive ordnance investigation completed, site fenced
– Herpenstraße: Fencing of the site completed

Together with the city of Bonn, we are delighted to be making a contribution to the creation of childcare places for the youngest children and to be focusing on sustainable construction methods.
