Inclusive living in Aachen – RODA project 🏡

As general contractor, we were able to realize the RODA residential project in Burggrafenstraße, Aachen – a place where sustainability, innovation and inclusion go hand in hand! 🤝✨

Two group apartments, each for four people with autism spectrum disorder, offer a protected space. In addition, 14 subsidized apartments were built for social and diverse coexistence. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑🏠

The multi-storey residential building in modern timber construction impresses with:
🌱 Energy efficiency thanks to highly thermally insulated building envelope
🔧 Prefabricated room cells as prefabricated bathrooms with integrated technology centers – for maximum living comfort and smart solutions!
