Extensive energy-efficient renovation with memorable value – an exciting project from Vreden 🏡

In the case of this single-family house, a fundamental decision was first made: walls that could not be renovated were dismantled, as an energy-efficient renovation was not economically and technically feasible at today’s standards.

On this basis, a comprehensive renovation is currently being carried out, which is closely based on the original structure. The aim is to preserve the familiar appearance of the previous building as far as possible and at the same time to realize the advantages of a modern, energy-efficient residential building.
