🏫✨ New construction project: Secondary school at the Berkel ✨🏫

We realize 27 high-quality wood-aluminum windows in offset design – made of oak, which is natural and durable.

The mullion-transom façade combines warm oak with a robust aluminium shell in DB703 ⚙️ on the inside. Highlights are the elegant 90° all-glass corner and the integrated wood-aluminium door 🚪, which create plenty of light and openness.

The static calculation was a particular challenge in this project: In contrast to classic PFR constructions, in which the posts run continuously to the bottom and the load transfer is clearly defined, the posts here run differently – some end in the middle, others only start there. The bars are also staggered.
This required individual static solutions and a great deal of planning sensitivity. 🔧

Particularly worth mentioning is the special coating of the Berkel window ✨ – chrome-plated to perfectly showcase the unique view of the Berkel.
