Well – “one week”, says the new sales manager at Terhalle in window construction, Sven Cisewski, which “felt like 10 years”. 🤩

SO BAD? Nope, so familiar. Which, as Sven describes it, has to do with his colleagues at the Terhalle Group’s window construction department, also known internally as “FeFa” – for window and façade construction. “Everyone has an open ear for you,” recalls the new recruit, recalling one of the perceptions that became apparent to him quite early on in his new team. 🥰

This is no accident, but a deliberate part of the company’s management and philosophy. He, Sven Cisewski, who has already seen a bit of things in his life in the industry, calls it an “open culture”. In other words: “If someone has any problems or requests, they are addressed directly in a personal conversation. There’s a clear structure behind it.”
Without a doubt, that creates trust and security. Can I bring this up – can I confront him/her about it? Yes, you can – do it, that’s it. That way, you can get things moving if there isn’t something unspoken (or unanswered) fermenting in the background. Together, as Sven says, “work on success”. 💪🤗

Because the sales professional has also set himself the goal of making a difference. As the new job description at Terhalle suggests, this also includes product management and project business (“And that’s no small team”). So, welcome to the Terhalle Group, dear Sven Cisewski – it’s great that Stephan Gerwens, Managing Director of Terhalle Tischlerei GmbH, has been able to recruit you for this fantastic company. 🙌🤩

Or, as you say yourself: “After the first week, I probably felt like it had been 10 years!” 🤝🤗
