Update from WerkHuus1 in October 🔨

We are making great strides on our construction site!

Inside the building, work is in full swing:
✅ On the top floor, the panels for the raised floor are currently being laid.
✅ The post-and-beam system is already in place and is currently being glazed.
✅ In the basement we are currently laying the underfloor heating, while on the 3rd floor everything is already being prepared for the double floor.
✅ The lift-and-slide door system has also been installed, and the sanitary facilities are in preparation.
✅ The ventilation system is largely suspended from the ceiling, and we are starting with the installation of raised floors in two model offices.

The exterior of WerkHuus1 has also changed significantly:
The façade is largely completed – the building is really taking shape. 🏢
