Trainees drive digitalization forward – our project with the Digiscouts! 🧑‍💻📲

As part of RKW’s Digiscouts project, our trainees rolled up their sleeves and set up their own digitalization project – with the aim of making work processes more efficient, transparent and future-proof. 💡

Our project: A digital trainee portal!
With a great deal of commitment, our trainees have developed a central portal that is revolutionizing everyday training.

The portal offers:
✅ All department reports at a glance
✅ Important instructions, help & upcoming appointments
✅ Always up-to-date schedules – from errands to lunch replacement
✅ Mobile use for maximum flexibility
✅ An integrated feedback system for continuous development

📈 The portal not only provides a better overview, but above all makes it easier for new trainees to get started – and promotes digital exchange within the company.

With the support of experienced coaches and our trainers, the idea became a reality – and we are proud to be part of a project that is being implemented in several companies across Germany.

An award awaits us at the end – and of course a certificate of participation. But the real prize: a smarter, more digital everyday training experience!
