Topping-out ceremony in Essen 🏗️

In the last week of October, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony of their new four-storey office building in Essen together with our client, the Emscher Genossenschaften.

Our contribution to this exciting project:
✅ Delivery and installation of timber hybrid ceilings on four floors
✅ Around 40 m³ of construction beech columns supporting
✅ approx. 70 tonnes of steel composite girders This will be followed by around 3,200 m³ of cross-laminated timber and glulam ceilings, which will be concreted on site with 350 m³ of reinforced concrete

Despite challenging weather conditions in recent weeks, we are very well on schedule – the second floor is already in place, and by the end of the year all four floors will have been installed! 💪
