Project update from Schwerte 🏠

For the city of Schwerte, we are realizing the replacement building of the OGS in Villigst – a modern timber construction-reinforced concrete hybrid building that is attached to an existing school building.

Our timber construction team takes on a wide range of services here:

🔹 Roofing, roof waterproofing and plumbing work
🔹 Aluminium façade work Windows
🔹 and doors incl. sun protection
🔹 Tile and slab work🔹
Painting and varnishing work🔹
Flooring work
🔹 WC partition walls
🔹 Carpentry work incl. Interior doors

The steel staircase was manufactured by our subsidiary MWM Metalltechnik.

This will create a building ready for occupancy, which we will be able to hand over to the students in November. 🏫🌳
