This construction project will result in a particularly high-quality single-family house with a garage, in which architecture, technology and living comfort are harmoniously coordinated.

The numerous lift-and-slide doors have already been installed. Most of the aluminum windows in the AWS 75.SI system are also installed; individual elements will be added in the further course of construction. In addition, the light dome was installed last Friday, which ensures bright, open-plan and light-flooded rooms. 🪟

The elegant colour RAL 7010 fine structure “Tiger” underlines the clear, modern lines of the building. The construction project is rounded off by motorised insect screens and external venetian blind systems.

The window and door elements are also equipped with TipTronic SimplySmart technology, which enables convenient, automatic opening and closing and can be seamlessly integrated into modern smart home systems. In addition, all elements in the single-family house are designed with safety glazing.

The individual arrangement of the windows in the AWS 75.SI system and ADS UP 75 in the garage is particularly eye-catching, giving the building a distinctive and independent appearance. Windows with solar control glazing are used in this area. ☀️
