December update from WerkHuus1 🏬

At the end of the year, there is again exciting progress to report from our new office building WerkHuus1!

On the fourth floor, the drywall is now 90% complete, the complete cabling for all desks is in place, and the raised floor has been completely laid. The roof terrace has already been sealed, as has the substructure of the planters. In the Work Café, too, the drywall construction has been completed, filled and ready for the next steps. ✅

On the third floor, which will later house our open-plan offices, the painting work will start shortly. All desks here are already electrically prepared. ⚡

On the second floor, the drywall walls are placed on one side, so that the electrician can pull his cables, while the meeting rooms and the open-plan office are almost closed. Two model offices have already been completely completed since the beginning of November.

The double floor has so far been on the first floor, the drywall will follow shortly.

On the ground floor, the final work on the raised floor is completed, and the electrician uses the revisionability of the floor to lay the supply lines for all workstations.

The tiling work has begun in the basement, and at the same time the installations of the employee showers are starting. The technical building equipment continues to run at full speed.

Progress is also being made on the outside: The Terhalle illuminated signs for the outdoor building are in production and will soon be installed, while the remaining formwork work is still underway. 💪🤝
