Construction update from WerkHuus1 in August 🏢🏗️

✅ Timber component of the office building: the timber shell is already in place on all four levels, soon to be followed by a 34 cm floor structure (raised floor system)
✅ Building component of the office building: two of the four floors are complete
✅ Vapor barrier of the larger timber component of the office building already completed and provides a seal for the building for the time being

👉 Currently: Welding the substructure to support the steel staircase 👨‍🏭
👉 Throughout the building: Wooden aluminum windows with integrated fall protection and sun protection in one system 🪟
👉 The ceiling of the 1st floor (department of commercial construction) is being completed and the industrial construction department is located on the 3rd floor
