Commercial & Industrial Construction: Visible construction progress on our project in Heek! 🏗️

The past few weeks on our construction site for Environ Energy’s new building have been marked by significant progress and excellent cooperation between all those involved.

After the successful production of the floor slab, the rising components continued quickly. Within a short time, the timber frame walls on the ground floor and upper floor were erected and the ceiling elements were installed. Particularly pleasing: Large parts of the building could be made rainproof early on.

At the same time, the roof waterproofing work was underway, just in time for a bad weather phase. Provisional weather protection measures have also been implemented so that construction progress can continue as planned.
This means that the shell is now largely in place, and the focus is increasingly shifting to the fit-out and the building envelope.

In the coming weeks, roof waterproofing, the start of drywall construction work and window installation will follow, among other things. A special highlight will be the implementation of the façades: In addition to a mullion-transom construction, a striking wooden façade with a 3D structure will be created.
