Historical Substance – Shaping 🏗️ the Future

The renovation of the Alte Spinnerei in Rheine is creating a special place where history is preserved and at the same time new living space is created for future generations. The listed building will be part of a modern quarter with assisted living, care services and communal facilities.

Last year, we were able to make our contribution to this challenging project:
✔ Delivery and installation of a shed roof construction✔
Adaptation to a total of 11 existing gables
✔ Design of around 550 m² roof area with formwork and PIR on-roof insulation

We are currently already preparing the next construction phase, the installation of which will begin shortly:
✔ Delivery and installation of around 380 running metres of HRB parapet
✔ Renovation of the tower roof in accordance with monument regulations

We are pleased to be part of this extraordinary project and to contribute with our work to turning an important industrial monument into a lively place for the future.
