Daycare center in Hörde successfully completed 🔑

In mid-June, the completion of the new daycare center was celebrated with a symbolic handover of the keys. The children and the daycare team had already moved into their new premises at the beginning of May and filled the modern, climate-friendly new building with life. The building offers space for a total of 150 children and creates optimal conditions for contemporary educational concepts – combined with a clear focus on sustainability and climate protection.

The daycare center was built from wooden system elements that were prefabricated in our factory – some of which already included windows. Due to the high degree of prefabrication, the elements could be assembled on site within just 2.5 months. In addition to the timber construction work, our own trades also took over the window construction with wood-aluminium windows and aluminium doors. In addition, the cloakroom facilities and the kitchens were manufactured and assembled by our interior design department. The locksmith work, including the balcony system, was carried out by MWM Metalltechnik Westmünsterland GmbH.

The result is a child-friendly building that not only creates optimal conditions for care and education, but also makes an important contribution to sustainable construction.
