Update from commercial and industrial construction: Expansion and hall construction are visibly progressing in Heek! 🏗️

A lot has happened on our construction site for Environ Energy in recent weeks.

In the office building, the roof waterproofing work was completed between the end of March and the beginning of April. The slope insulation and the roof waterproofing membrane were laid, which means that the building is now permanently protected from the weather. The substructure for the later wooden façade was also installed.

Work on the interior is also continuing according to plan: the drywall partition walls are now 90% complete. At the same time, the window installation was successfully completed. Another architectural milestone was the completion of the mullion-transom façade at the end of April.

The façade design is now particularly exciting: In mid-May, the installation of the striking 3D wooden façade by Superwood Skygge began, which will give the building a very special look. In addition, the impact sound insulation has already been laid and the next expansion work has been prepared. In the coming days, the underfloor heating will be laid before the screed is installed at the beginning of June.

Significant progress is also visible in hall construction: After the hall construction at the end of March, the wall cladding, the installation of the gutter and the installation of the sandwich roof followed. Doors and gates were also installed at the beginning of May, before the continuous-row assembly began in mid-May.
