DGNB Gold Certificate for Primary School in Lohmar 🏫

The Birk primary school in Lohmar, which we were allowed to realise as a total contractor, was awarded the DGNB Gold Certificate.

This certificate confirms that the building meets high requirements for sustainable construction – from energy efficiency and resource conservation to a healthy and comfortable learning environment for students. 👥

For us, this project is a strong example of how modern educational buildings can be implemented ecologically, economically and sustainably.

For us, sustainability is not an addition, but a central component of our work.
