WerkHuus1 Update in March 🏢

At WerkHuus1, things continue to make great strides!

Outside, the cables for the technical center are currently being laid, and the automatic sliding door is currently being installed. Visible progress can also be seen inside the building: the stairs have been painted, the roof terrace covering is finished, and wide flower boxes serve as fall protection. About 60% of the offices in the entire building have now been completed, and the fire alarm system can be switched on shortly.

On the first floor, the kitchen and desks are currently being set up, while on the other upper floors all fixtures have already been completed. The substructure for the partition wall in the meeting room has also been completed. On the ground floor, the glass walls are still pending, and work will continue here in the coming weeks. 🏗️

The equipment is also progressing in the basement: Two showers have been prepared, the fittings will soon be installed, and the tiling work will follow. Server cabinets have been installed as blanks, the infrastructure from the existing building has been relocated, and the technology for the 8 m high green wall has already been installed – the final installation will take place in mid-April. The pump technology for heating and cooling is almost complete, ventilation pipes will be connected shortly, and the fire alarm system will also be installed here.
