🏗️ Construction progress of our three daycare projects in Bonn – Update from February

On our construction sites in Wilhelm-Neuss-Straße, Herpenstraße and on Mordkapellenpfad, intensive work was carried out again in February. Many trades have made significant progress and important construction phases have been successfully completed.

📍 On Wilhelm Neuss Straße, the painting and filler work has started on the ground floor. On the upper floor, the tiling work has been completely completed. The green roof, including the PV substructure, has been applied, and the façade work is almost finished. The ventilation system on the roof is well advanced, as are the ventilation ducts in the building. The locksmith work is nearing completion. The sample rooms have been completed, the plinth plaster has been carried out, the installation of the suspended ceilings has begun and the roofing plumbing work has been completed.

📍 The façade on Herpenstraße has made significant progress. The TGA raw installation on the ground floor has been carried out, the roof waterproofing has been completely completed and the locksmith work is almost complete. The scaffolding has been dismantled, the wall closure on the ground floor has been carried out, underfloor heating and screed on the ground floor are finished. The installation of the ventilation ducts in the building has begun and the green roof work is starting.

📍 On the Mordkapellenpfad, the drywall construction of the outer walls has been completed. The wooden façade has been largely assembled, the locksmith work is well advanced, and the TGA raw installation is starting. During the roofing work, the insulation has been laid, the second layer is currently being taped off.
