WerkHuus1 – Construction update in February 🚧

A lot happened again on our construction site at WerkHuus1 in February – and the progress is now clearly visible at all levels.

✅ On the 3rd floor, the parquet and carpet floor coverings have been completely laid. The fine installation is currently in full swing. The bathrooms are prepared, the kitchen has already been installed and the electrical appliances will also be added shortly.

The fair-faced concrete cosmetics have also already been implemented in parts. The desks from the interior design are also already available in the offices. The sub-distribution and server cabinet are built-in and functional. The glass partitions will follow in the next few weeks. With the advancing completion, the skylight dome is now also coming into its own, and the elevator is also completely completed. 🏗️

✅ On the 2nd floor, the floor coverings will be completed by the end of this week. In the meeting room, the ceiling is currently being finalized, and the exposed concrete work has been completely completed here as well as in the other areas.

✅ On the 1st floor, the painting work is nearing completion. On the ground floor, all walls have been filled; wallpapering and painting work will follow next week.

✅ Progress is also being made in the basement: The doors are currently being installed and the raised floor in the IT room has already been completed. Several core drillings were carried out in the technical centre last week – an important basis for the building’s complete infrastructure. The house water connection has been installed, and the district heating connection has also been successfully established.

Step by step, the WerkHuus1 continues to take shape – we are already looking forward to the update in March!
