🏗️ New construction of a 4-group daycare center in Nettetal

We are pleased to announce another forward-looking educational construction project: A modern, 4-group daycare center is being built in Nettetal.

The single-storey building combines functional architecture with sustainable construction:
Flat roof construction with glulam ceilings
✅ Partial area with gable roof
✅ Façade made of facing brick and plaster✅
High-quality wood-aluminium windows
✅ Robust aluminium exterior doors ✅

A special highlight: a curtain tendrils construction for greening, which gives the building a green face.

In addition to the structural design, we also take care of the preparation of the thermal insulation certificate, thus ensuring an economical, energy-efficient and sustainable implementation of the project.
