News from WerkHuus1 – Update January 2026 🏢

The new year starts with a lot of movement on the construction site of our office building WerkHuus1. Step by step, what has been planned, coordinated and implemented in recent months becomes visible – and the progress is impressive. 🚧

The current status:
✅ The scaffolding was already completely dismantled at the end of December 2025

👉 This week: Laying of the screed on the ground floor
👉 The ceiling substructure of the suspended ceilings in the future meeting zones is currently being completed

✅ The bathrooms are mostly tiled
✅ The painting work has been completed
✅ on the top two floors The double floor is completely finished

👉 The installation of the elevator will start next week

✅ The exhaust air technology below the ceilings has been installed
✅ The absorption system (an impressive 2.3 tonnes) has found
✅ its place in the basement, the ventilation system and complete power distribution in the basement are currently under construction

Each of these steps brings us closer to a modern, functional and lively working environment.
