When we started the “Undercover Boss” series based on an idea from timber construction managing director Hendrik Mulder, it was also a game of expectations. What would the unannounced supervisor find at the individual properties? How would the “inspection visits” be received by the guys on site? Are all construction sites on schedule? 🏗️ 📝

Today, after a really packed day – on which not only did the camera make it home before the weather, but the weather protection was also put on the construction at the Olfen renovation site, the finale of “Undercover Boss”, in good time – the core of the cohesion at Terhalle Holzbau GmbH is more apparent than ever: “I’ll be going out more often in future. Although it’s not easy in the day-to-day running of the company, the people at the base must not be neglected,” says Hendrik. 🙌

And he supervises or manages dozens of construction sites at the same time: “They are there in all weathers, and I take my hat off to them. No matter how much we think about it, in the end it’s always done on site.” 👷 👷‍♀️

Those are moving words. Especially when you know that the early years of Hendrik’s career were also characterized by physical work. This mutual respect – that’s what makes Team Terhalle what it is. 🤩

Enjoy the video. Thanks to our “title stars” Dirk Wittland, Benedikt (“Düse”) Dües, Ingo (“The Flying Bauleiter”) Böller, André (“Pelle”) Terpelle. Thanks to you, Hendrik! 📽️ 📺
