🏗️Update: Climate House on Salvador-Allende-Straße in Berlin 🌱

The sustainable residential construction project on Salvador-Allende-Straße in Berlin Treptow-Köpenick has been successfully completed.
A total of 111 apartments were built on seven full storeys – implemented in a modern timber hybrid construction with a high proportion of timber in the supporting structure and building envelope. A special feature of the Klimahaus is a cantilevered canopy that separates the first floor from the residential floors.

Special focus was placed on ecological construction methods:
🌿 Use of sustainable materials
🔋 Use of green energy
🌱 Green roof
🚗 E-mobility concepts

Sustainability:
✅ Meets the Efficiency House 40 NH standard
✅ Life cycle emissions < 24 kg CO₂/m² over 50 years
✅ Awarded the QNG-Plus and NaWoh labels

The façade was clad with larch wood profiles, supplemented by around 4,500 m² of CLT and HRB walls. Around 400 PVC windows provide light and energy efficiency – our window construction team was recently on site again for fine adjustment and handle installation.

🔩 The balconies are also installed! The cladding we supplied, made from Osmo Verto façade profiles, blends harmoniously into the façade.
