Evertzen building project – Stylish living in Enschede 🏙️🏗️

Right in the heart of Enschede, just 350 meters from the lively Oude Markt, an elegant residential building with high-quality furnishings is currently under construction, combining modern living with urban flair.

We are pleased to be represented in this project with our expertise in several trades: Timber construction, roofing work, metal construction and drywall construction – all from a single source. Construction started at the beginning of April and work has been progressing rapidly ever since. 🛠️

Current status on the construction site:

✅ The roof is now covered with tiles.
✅ The interior walls are finished and closed on one side so that the electricians and plumbers can now start their work.
✅ The substructure of the façade has already been installed.
✅ The windows have also already been installed – currently still without glass.

This project will not only create high-quality living space, but also make a further contribution to the sustainable and stylish urban development of Enschede. We would like to thank everyone involved for the excellent cooperation so far and look forward to the upcoming construction phases.
