🏗️ Topping-out ceremony in Bremerhaven – a milestone made of wood 🌱

Yesterday we celebrated a very special event: the topping-out ceremony for the new start-up center in Bremerhaven – a real lighthouse project for sustainability in northern Germany. 🌍

We are proud to be working with our team – construction management, CAD planning and on the construction site – on this impressive building.

This four-storey timber construction sets new standards not only architecturally but also ecologically.
🔹 approx. 650 m³ glulam,
🔹 approx. 600 m³ beech,
🔹 and approx. 5,500 m² cross-laminated timber ceilings
show the dimensions and craftsmanship involved in this project.

The building with a gross floor area of approx. 5,500 m² is being constructed according to the cradle-to-cradle principle and is set to become a place for innovative ideas, courage and drive.
