🏗️ New project: Partially turnkey commercial hall in hybrid primary construction made of wood, concrete and steel

Now that the structural analysis has been completed and the building application 📝 has been submitted, our commercial and industrial construction team is currently preparing the planning documents for the wall and roof structures made of wood, reinforced concrete and sandwich structures. At the same time, our colleagues from MWM Metalltechnik Westmünsterland GmbH are carrying out the planning services for the steel components.

The new commercial hall offers the expanding craftsman’s business MG Einrichtung from Heek space for warehouse logistics 📦 , a new exhibition and temporary direct sales of interior doors 🚪 and floor coverings. Office and social rooms are located above the exhibition area on the upper floor of the head building, which is accessed via a single-flight steel staircase.

The hall lighting is provided by a 25 m long, arched light strip, while the two-storey area is equipped with plastic and aluminum window systems. The 5.0 ton overhead crane, two wide sectional doors and the generously roofed outdoor area offer our customer a very multifunctional usage option in the long term.

This example of a medium-sized commercial building reflects very well the new construction focus of our commercial and industrial construction team.
