How has the “Contract Construction” division of the Terhalle Group developed since 1995?

We built the first timber frame houses 🏡, recalls company founder and visionary Josef (“Jupp”) Terhalle, “in 1992, before you came along in 1995 and also brought in your expertise in the field of turnkey construction”.
The person being addressed is Jürgen Ellerkamp, Managing Director of Project Construction, who once started out on his own and “ventured into the first turnkey detached houses” in the new department at the Terhalle Group – and who today manages entire school projects with his 40-strong team. 🏗️

The structural engineering has long since come from our own company, as have the calculations (since time immemorial). In addition, a complete planning team through to building technology has been created, not to mention the high degree of prefabrication and the numerous interfaces under the umbrella of the Terhalle Group. 🏢
Building with wood is part of the family company’s DNA, but it has never stopped looking for ways to serve its customers even better, even more comprehensively and with an even better coordinated range of services from the trades brought together under one roof. 🌲 Personalities such as Jürgen Ellerkamp, who has developed the design options on offer with his team and adapted them to the wishes of the client in each new property, have left their mark. 🧑‍💼
