🌱 SUSTAINABILITY is a top priority for this turnkey office building

Our property construction team is currently building a sustainable, innovative office building with over 900 m² of usable space for the independent energy company ENERTRAG in Edemissen. The centrally located entrance area, which extends over both floors, is located behind a very generous, glass post and beam construction. Our representative, round solid oak staircase will later connect the meeting and storage room on the first floor with the office workstations 💻 on the upper floor, along with two other staircases.

We have completed our stud frame for the 650 m² of external walls, including the pre-installed spruce/Accoya wooden windows and the 900 m² of internal walls, the cross-laminated timber ceilings and the rafter roof. The roof covering with clay tiles and the approx. 90 kWp photovoltaic system ☀️ have also already been installed.

We are currently working on the rough-sawn floor/roof formwork made from untreated larch 🔨 , which is protected by a roof overhang of up to 2.50 meters all the way around. We then install the PV modules for the south façade.
