🚧 Construction update from WerkHuus1 – Things are making great strides!

We are pleased about the visible progress on our construction site:

🏗️ The walls and ceiling on the 2nd floor have been completed – a key milestone! This ceiling will later support our WorkCafé and the roof terrace – a place for exchange, breaks and creative work.

🛗 The elevator shaft is completely concreted, including the cover – ready for the next phase.

🔩 In the next few days, we will be refitting:
👉 The solid construction is complete,
👉 the timber construction is being scaffolded,
👉 Construction company Temmink is dismantling – we are making room for the next construction phase.

The timber construction starts in week 30 – target: two storeys per week – quickly but carefully. The first timber frame construction walls have already been produced, with windows pre-assembled directly in the hall. The first visible elements will soon follow on the construction site.

🚶‍♂️ We are also currently refurbishing the stairwell – the height is now clearly visible!

We’ll keep you up to date – the WerkHuus1 is visibly growing 💪
