🏗️ Update in Dortmund: 8-group daycare center is being built in passive house construction!

We are currently building a modern daycare center with eight groups for the city of Dortmund – turnkey except for the outdoor facilities.

The building is being built using energy-efficient passive house construction. It is heated exclusively by the ventilation system in combination with heat pumps. On the extensively green roof, 206 PV modules ensure sustainable energy generation. ☀️

We are currently in the expansion phase – the filling, painting and tiling work is in full swing. Completion and handover to the city of Dortmund is scheduled for the end of January 2026.
