🏗️ New school building in Solingen – project start

In Solingen, a modern five-storey new primary school building (1st basement – 3rd floor) will be built from April. We are implementing the project together with Beton- und Monierbau GmbH.

The building impresses with its high-quality and sustainable construction:
➡️ Various floor ceilings
➡️ PVC windows➡️
PRK elements in wood-aluminium
➡️ Exterior doors made of aluminium
➡️ Façade with clinker brick slips on the ground floor
➡️ Upper floors with fibre cement panels
➡️ Distinctive window bay windows

The planning services for structural design and thermal insulation have already started and form the basis for efficient and sustainable implementation.

📅 Start of construction site BuM: April 2026
📅 Start of construction of timber construction: February 2027
📅 Completion date: August 2028
