🏗️ New St. Mauritius Secondary School in Halle
We are pleased to present a special project: The construction of a modern and sustainable school building with around 3,500 m² of usable space. Classrooms and specialist rooms, open learning landscapes and specialist workshops for scientific, technical and creative subjects are being created here. In total, the school will offer space for more than 260 students. 📚
The focus is on timber construction: around 2,700 m² of timber frame walls, around 2,000 running metres of glulam columns and beams and around 3,900 m² of CLT ceiling and wall elements will be installed.

• General start of construction: March 2025
• Start of timber construction: August 2025
• Planned completion: December 2026

• Timber frame construction with cellulose insulation
• Interior walls in clay construction
