An exciting project close to home continues to take shape: At Udo-Lindenberg-Platz in Gronau, the new construction of a modern hotel building over three floors is currently being built, where the topping-out ceremony was already celebrated last Friday.

The timber construction department is currently assembling the construction in timber frame construction. In this process, cross-laminated timber walls and ceilings are precisely connected to concrete – a successful interplay of modern construction methods. 💪 The wooden façade also speaks for itself!

Our group of companies takes over the complete timber construction, roofing and window work as well as parts of the steel construction work here – together with our subsidiary MWM Metalltechnik Westmünsterland GmbH from Legden!
