π± Terhalle’s sustainability report as a best practice example in Germany’s top podcast for sustainability!
Our Voluntary Sustainability Report 2024 was highlighted in the podcast “Profits Future” by Zackes Brustik as a best practice example for sustainability reports in Germany β and in a Germany-wide community! π
Particularly exciting: In the podcast, the Terhalle Sustainability Report is associated with the VSME standard β a Europe-wide, voluntary standard for medium-sized companies outside the CSRD obligation. The fact that it is mentioned here as an example shows that the report is transparent, structured and relevant across industry boundaries β a real best practice! π
Our Sustainability Report comprises 116 pages with clear facts and figures on our sustainability goals and measures. As part of our “Green Vision” project, we worked intensively on this in the 2nd half of 2024 and at the beginning of 2025. The entire sustainability team, led by Ludger Wittland (Managing Director of Terhalle Holzbau GmbH), Franziska Kernebeck (Sustainability Manager) and with the support of Terrahe & Associates, paved the way in numerous management workshops.
“Profits Future” is THE sustainability podcast in Germany: Every two weeks, Zackes talks to leading pioneers, Green Deal experts or sustainability managers from SMEs about how the circular economy, biodiversity and CSRD compliance can not only have an ecological impact, but can also be made economically successful. ποΈ
