Within a short time, the timber frame walls on the ground floor and upper floor were erected and the ceiling elements were installed. Particularly pleasing: Large parts of the building could be made rainproof early on.  <\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the roof waterproofing work was underway, just in time for a bad weather phase. Provisional weather protection measures have also been implemented so that construction progress can continue as planned.<br \/>\nThis means that the shell is now largely in place, and the focus is increasingly shifting to the fit-out and the building envelope. <\/p>\n<p>In the coming weeks, roof waterproofing, the start of drywall construction work and window installation will follow, among other things.
