WerkHuus1 construction site update! \ud83c\udfd7\ufe0f <\/p>\n
Work on our new office building is progressing rapidly. Below is an overview of the current construction progress: <\/p>\n
The fa\u00e7ade formwork work has begun and many milestones have also been reached in the interior: The assembly frames for the future interior doors have been installed, all cables for the ceiling lamps are already in place and the plastering work has been completed. In addition, the F60 walls were pre-assembled and the first risers were installed. At the elevator shaft, the exposed concrete cosmetics have been done, and the staircases have already been installed \u2013 the wooden flooring is still to follow. \ud83d\udee0\ufe0f <\/p>\n
In the basement, brickwork is currently underway: One part is being designed as a model cellar, the rest serves as a technical and sanitary area with toilets and showers. The work on the floor cabling for lamps, smoke and presence detectors has been completed.
\nThe substructure of the raised floor is almost complete, and the installation is currently being carried out on the 3rd floor \u2013 from the honeycomb to the fill and impact sound insulation to the calcium-silicate panel. <\/p>\n
Progress is also being made in building technology: heating pipes and the first convectors have been installed, so that cooling, ventilation and heating will be possible in the future. The first aluminium windows to the roof terrace have also been installed, and the roof waterproofing work is in full swing. \ud83e\ude9f<\/p>\n
The substructure for the post-and-beam system started at the beginning of last week. <\/p>\n
