In our current project, a three-family house is being built using innovative timber frame construction – sustainable, efficient and with a high degree of prefabrication.<\/p>\n

Building method & construction:
\n\ud83d\udd39 Load-bearing structure mainly made of timber frames – light, stable and resource-saving
\n\ud83d\udd39 Exposed cross-laminated timber (CLT) ceilings – for a warm, natural feeling of space
\n\ud83d\udd39 Solid concrete core – stairwell and plant room as the central heart<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f Prefabrication & finishing:
\n\u2714\ufe0f High degree of prefabrication (around 95%)
\n\u2714\ufe0f Prefabricated exterior and interior walls including integrated electrical wiring and plastic windows from our own production
\n\u2714\ufe0f Fa\u00e7ade already fully assembled – rapid construction progress regardless of weather conditions<\/p>\n
