A lot has happened on our construction site in the Lune Delta industrial\/commercial area!
\nWe completed the 1,600 m\u00b2 first floor on schedule at the end of February and are now busy erecting the walls and laying the cross-laminated timber ceilings on the second floor.<\/p>\n
All cross-laminated timber products used are treated with a DGNB German Sustainable Building Council-compliant weather protection and
\nUV coating. With its white color, this contrasts very well with the supports and beams made of beech \ud83c\udf33, where a water-repellent and UV-resistant special finish was applied to the primer layer. <\/p>\n
We also erected a two-flight platform staircase, each 1.35 m wide. A cross-laminated timber panel was constructed as a ramp for this, which will be covered with steps at a later date – until then, we will use the scaffolding and keep you up to date \ud83c\udfc3\u200d\u2642\ufe0f \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n
